DKG Knife Gate Valve

DKG is a knife gate valve designed for the pulp and paper industry, recycling and processing trades, and intended especially for use with highly contaminated and concentrated media. It makes possible a free transfer of fluids and suspensions with a content of solid components exceeding 5% or concentration of loose sludge of up to 35%. Beside a two-part cutting off member made of stainless steel the DKG gate valve is equipped with a tandem actuator assembly, which makes it possible to rapidly and reliably cut off the medium. Additionally, each of the cutting off members is provided with a sealing pack seated in a pocket of the gland, which ensures effective sealing as well as an extremely long lifetime and period of maintenance-free operation. A universal assembly for connection of a gate valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator without additional operations.
