TCE Butterfly Valve

TCE is a butterfly valve with a doubly eccentric mounting of the disk, whose axis of rotation is shifted with respect to both the sealing plane and flow axis. Owing to use of a retaining metal seal and appropriately selected eccentricity a sufficiently high sealing pressure is obtained. Characteristic of the eccentric mounting is that the sealing surface is not interrupted by the shaft, the seal may be replaced without disk dismantling. This butterfly valve, designed for high pressures, does not require maintenance. It is provided with feet and a lug to facilitate mounting. A universal assembly for connection of a butterfly valve actuator allows one to easily apply any actuator with no additional operations needed.
